Modem/Router Requirements

Please ensure that you purchase a modem/router compatible with your specific connection type (e.g., ADSL, VDSL, Fibre, or Mobile). A modem/router is essential to access our services and is not included with data products unless explicitly stated.


Return & Exchange Policy

Sky High Internet offers a 7-business-day return policy on modem/router purchases. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the unit must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

If returned within the 7-day window, the modem/router will be either refunded or replaced with a new unit.

Please note:

  • Sky High Internet does not arrange or cover courier costs for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping the unit back to us.
  • This does not affect your warranty rights, and only applies to logistics and courier charges.

Warranty Information

All modems/routers carry a 12-month warranty.

If a device becomes faulty after the 7-day return period, it may be returned for testing. If found to be defective:

  • It will be replaced with a refurbished unit, or
  • Sent to the manufacturer for repair and returned to the customer upon completion.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or mishandling
  • Improper shipping during return
  • Use of incorrect power supplies
  • Unapproved accessories or modifications
  • Lightning or power surges
  • Water damage

Any such damage will void the manufacturer’s warranty, and Sky High Internet will not be liable for repair or replacement. No further correspondence will be entered into once a device is deemed out of warranty.


Refund Deductions & Claim Rejections

Failure to comply with Sky High Internet’s return and warranty policies may result in:

  • Deductions from the refund amount, or
  • Rejection of refund or exchange claims.
