Sky High Internet 5G/LTE Home Internet – Gold and Platinum – Router Promotion

This promotion starts on 5 August 2025 and is a limited-time offer which may be stopped at any time. Clients purchasing one of the qualifying Home Internet services under this promotion will receive a free-to-use router. Delivery of the SIM and router will be billed at R249.00. A discounted monthly fee will apply for the duration of the promotion. We endeavour to provide clients with one month's notice should the promotion end.

Service changes (upgrades/downgrades) are only permitted between the Home Internet Gold and Home Internet Platinum products. A calendar month's notice is required for cancellation of the service. A calendar month is defined as one full month (1st to last day) between the cancellation request and the cancellation date.

Should the service be set to cancel, clients will have the option to purchase the router or return it to Sky High Internet. The router must be returned within 21 days from the cancellation date. Failure to do so will result in the router being billed to the client's account at R3 999.00.

If the monthly payment for the service falls into arrears, the service will be cancelled and the router must be returned to Sky High Internet within 7 days. Failure to return the router will result in a charge of R3 999.00 to the account.

We endeavour to provide clients with one month's notice should the promotion end.

Should the service be set to cancel within 6 months of the activation date, a cancellation fee of R499.00 will become payable, together with a calendar month's notice. A calendar month is defined as one full month (1st to last day) between the cancellation request and the cancellation date.

Downgrades to a smaller package/service/speed that differs from the original purchase will not be permitted within 6 months of the activation date.

If the monthly payment for the service falls into arrears, the service will be cancelled and the cancellation fee of R499.00 will automatically be billed to the client's account.

Sky High Internet – Telkom 10Mbps Uncapped Fixed LTE Promotion

This promotion starts on 9 June 2025 and is valid until 31 December 2025.

New and existing Sky High Internet clients purchasing a new Telkom 10Mbps Uncapped Fixed LTE service will pay a discounted monthly fee of R349.00 until 31 December 2025. As of 1 January 2026, the non-promotional price of R399.00 per month will apply.

The initial purchase price will be prorated from R349.00 according to the date of purchase. Thereafter, the full monthly amount of R399.00 will be charged until 31 December 2025.

Sky High Internet – Uncapped Telkom LTE Router Promotion

This promotion starts on 9 June 2025 and is valid until further notice.

Sky High Internet will subsidise the cost of each LTE router purchased together with an Uncapped LTE data package. The make and model of the LTE router is determined at Sky High Internet's discretion.

The non-promotional price of the LTE router is R2 099.00. Sky High Internet will subsidise the cost by R600.00, meaning clients signing up under this promotion will pay R1 499.00 for the LTE router.

There is a limit of 3 purchases per profile/individual under this promotion.

Delivery of the router and SIM card is free under this promotion.

Sky High Internet – Telkom LTE MiFi Router Promotion

This promotion starts on 9 June 2025 and is valid until further notice.

Sky High Internet will subsidise the cost of each MiFi router purchased together with a Telkom LTE data package. The make and model of the MiFi router is determined at Sky High Internet's discretion. The SIM must be used in the modem provided—failure to do so may result in the service not working.

The normal price for the MiFi LTE router is R649.00. Sky High Internet will subsidise the cost by R150.00, and clients signing up under this promotion will pay a promotional price of R499.00 when purchased with a Telkom LTE data package.

If the service is set to cancel within 6 months of the activation date, a cancellation fee of R499.00 will become payable before the cancellation is processed, along with a calendar month's notice. A calendar month is defined as one full month (1st to last day) between the cancellation request and the cancellation date.

Downgrades to a smaller package/service/speed than originally purchased will not be permitted within 6 months of the activation date.

There is a limit of 3 purchases per profile/individual across all Telkom LTE promotions, including purchases made under expired promotions.

Delivery of the router and SIM card is free under this promotion.
