Acceptance of Terms

Service Availability & Best Effort Disclaimer

All services provided by Sky High Internet are delivered on a Best Effort basis, meaning no guarantees are made regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service.

Clients operating critical systems—such as business operations, servers, or any services where downtime could result in significant impact—are strongly advised to implement backup solutions to ensure continuity in the event of service disruption.

Sky High Internet, along with its suppliers and partners, strives to maintain maximum uptime and service reliability at all times.


Client Acknowledgements & Agreement

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The service is subject to the Electronic Communications Act No. 36 of 2005 (ECA) and the Acceptable Usage Policies of all service providers and network operators whose services are resold by Sky High Internet.

  • All services are offered on a month-to-month basis and may be terminated by either party. The accepted cancellation method is via the Client Control Panel, and one calendar month’s notice is required. In certain cases, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Sky High Internet reserves the right to:

    • Adjust pricing of any service or product.
    • Discontinue any service or product type.
    • Limit available payment methods per service or product.
  • In the event of non-payment, the client will be liable for any associated collection, tracing, and legal fees, and all services may be suspended.

  • Sky High Internet reserves the right to:

    • Verify information provided on the client’s order form.
    • Conduct necessary background checks.
    • Share account and compliance information with credit bureaus or financial institutions.
  • The client indemnifies Sky High Internet against any loss, damage, claims, or costs arising from the installation, connection, or removal of services.


Liability & Limitations

All services are sold as Best Effort, and throughput is not guaranteed.

Sky High Internet, its suppliers, and partners disclaim liability for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Delays in provisioning or delivery
  • Acts of God
  • Any form of negligence
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of client accounts/passwords
  • Misinformation provided by staff
  • Damages resulting from inability to access or use services

Any claim made under this agreement is limited to the value of the disputed monthly service, not exceeding three months’ worth of service fees.

Sky High Internet and its suppliers/partners shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the client’s inability to use the service or costs incurred in securing alternative services.
