Uncapped Fibre Promotion Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 26 June 2025
Validity: Limited-time offer – subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

This promotion applies exclusively to the Uncapped Fibre products listed on the Sky High Internet website. It does not include all Fibre Network Operators (FNOs). Please refer to the list at the bottom of this page for eligible providers.

Promotion Benefits

  • Free Installation and Activation/Connection for new or existing fibre lines.
  • Free-to-use Fibre Router for new installations.

Installation & Activation

  • Sky High Internet will cover standard installation and/or activation fees up to a maximum of R3,000.00.
  • This amount excludes any additional charges related to trenching or non-standard installation requirements.

Free-to-Use Router

  • A free-to-use fibre router will be provided for new installations. The make and model are determined at Sky High Internet’s discretion.
  • delivery fee of R249.00 applies.
  • If the service is cancelled:
    • Within 36 months: the router must be returned within 21 days. Failure to return it will result in a charge of R899.00.
    • After 36 months: the router becomes the client’s property at no additional cost.
    • Router collection can be arranged at an additional fee.

Early Cancellation & Fees

  • If the service is cancelled or transferred to another ISP within 6 months of activation:
    • R499.00 cancellation fee will apply.
    • calendar month’s notice is required.
    • The router must be returned within 21 days or a R899.00 fee will be charged.
  • If the account falls into arrears and the service is cancelled:
    • The R499.00 cancellation fee will be automatically billed.
    • The R899.00 router fee will apply if the router is not returned within 21 days.

Service Downgrades

  • Downgrades to a lower package, service, or speed are not permitted within the first 6 months of activation.

Installation Cancellations

  • If the fibre line cannot be installed or the activation is cancelled:
    • Clients may choose to purchase the router or return it in its original packaging and condition.
    • If the cancellation is initiated by the client, collection costs will be for the client’s account.

Exclusions

  • Pre-orders are excluded from this promotion.
  • The promotion only applies once the service is live and if the promotion is still active at that time.

Vodacom 5G Router Promotion – R1,499.00

Effective Date: 26 June 2025
Validity: Limited-time offer – subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

Sky High Internet is offering a promotional deal for clients purchasing a Vodacom 5G SIM service. Under this promotion, clients will receive a Vodacom 5G router at a discounted price of R1,499.00 (standard price: R4,499.00).

  • Free Delivery of the SIM and router for individual clients

Cancellation Terms

  • If the service is cancelled within 6 months of activation:
    • R499.00 cancellation fee will apply
    • calendar month’s notice is required, defined as a full month from the 1st to the last day

Service Downgrades

  • Downgrades to a lower package, service, or speed than originally purchased are not permitted within the first 6 months of activation.

Arrears & Automatic Cancellation

  • If the account falls into arrears:
    • The service will be cancelled
    • R499.00 cancellation fee will be automatically billed to the client’s account

MTN 5G Router Promotion – R1,499.00

Sky High Internet is offering a promotional deal for clients purchasing an MTN 5G SIM service. Under this promotion, clients will receive an MTN 5G router at a discounted price of R1,499.00 (standard price: R4,499.00).

Sky High Internet is offering a promotional discount on LTE routers when purchased together with an Uncapped LTE data package.

Promotion Details

  • Subsidised Router Price:
    • Standard price: R2,099.00
    • Promotional price: R1,499.00
    • R600.00 subsidy provided by Sky High Internet
  • The make and model of the LTE router will be determined at Sky High Internet’s discretion.
  • Free delivery of both the LTE router and SIM card is included.

Purchase Limit

  • A maximum of 3 promotional purchases per profile/individual is allowed under this offer.

Telkom LTE MiFi Router Promotion

Sky High Internet is offering a promotional discount on MiFi routers when purchased together with a Telkom LTE data package.

Promotion Details

  • Subsidised Router Price:
    • Standard price: R649.00
    • Promotional price: R499.00
    • R150.00 subsidy provided by Sky High Internet
  • The make and model of the MiFi router will be determined at Sky High Internet’s discretion.
  • The SIM card must be used in the provided router. Using it in another device may result in service issues.
  • Free delivery of both the router and SIM card is included.

Cancellation Terms

    • R499.00 cancellation fee will apply
    • calendar month’s notice is required
      • A calendar month is defined as a full month from the 1st to the last day

Service Downgrades

Purchase Limit

  • A maximum of 3 promotional purchases per profile/individual is allowed across all Telkom LTE promotions, including expired ones.

MTN Home LTE Capped – Uncapped Night Data Promotion

Effective Date: 26 June 2025
Validity: Until further notice

Sky High Internet is offering Uncapped Night Data to all new and existing clients on MTN Fixed LTE Capped services.

Promotion Details

  • Uncapped Night Data is available daily between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
  • An Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) of 1 Terabyte (TB) per month applies.
    • Once 1TB of night data is used within a calendar month, speeds will be reduced to 1Mbps for the remainder of that month.

Post-Promotion Terms

  • Upon expiration of this promotion, clients will receive night data equivalent to their base data package.
    • Example: A 200GB MTN Fixed LTE package will receive 200GB of night data.
  • Sky High Internet will make every effort to provide 30 days’ notice prior to the end of the promotion.

Openserve Web Connect Promotion

Sky High Internet is offering a promotional deal for new Openserve Fibre installations and transfers from other ISPs.

Promotion Benefits

  • Free Installation and Connection/Activation
  • Sky High Internet will cover the standard installation and/or activation fees for:
    • New Openserve Fibre installations
    • Transfers from another Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Note: This offer excludes any additional charges related to trenching or non-standard installation requirements.

Cancellation Terms

VoIP 50 Promotion

Effective Date: 26 June 2025
Validity: Until further notice

Sky High Internet is offering a Free VoIP number and R50 call time to new and existing clients who sign up for or currently have an eligible internet service.

Promotion Eligibility

  • Applies to clients with an active:
    • Fibre Combo service
  • New clients will receive the VoIP number and R50 call time after service activation and payment of the first invoice.
  • Existing clients must activate the offer via the Control Panel.

Activation Process

  • Clients must send an email to voip@skyhighinternet.co.za and request to activate the promotion.
  • The promotion cannot be activated through any other method.

Call Time Terms

  • Clients will receive R50 free call time on the 1st of each month, as long as:
    • The associated Combo remains active
    • There are no defaults in monthly payments
    • The Combo is not split or cancelled
  • If the call time package is changed, the free R50 call time will be forfeited.
  • Once the promotion ends or is invalidated, billing will begin from the next billing cycle.

Limitations

  • One VoIP number with R50 call time per active Combo
  • VoIP numbers already active with Sky High Internet cannot be converted to this promotion
  • Clients may port an existing number during the activation process
  • Resellers and Business Partners are excluded
  • Hardware is not included – clients must purchase a VoIP handset or use the Sky High Internet Voice App
  • This service is subject to RICA verification

MTN Fixed LTE: SIM Only Promotion

Sky High Internet is offering a promotional deal on MTN Fixed LTE SIM-only services, available to both new and existing clients.

Promotion Details

  • Promotional pricing is applied as displayed on the sign-up and checkout pages.
  • Free delivery of the SIM card is included.
  • On the day of purchase:
    • prorated invoice will be generated
    • Prorated data will be allocated accordingly
  • Sky High Internet will make every effort to provide 30 days’ notice should there be any changes to the promotional pricing.
